Free on all orders over £50.

£3 per item on orders under £50.

Despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class.

Courier delivery available on request.

You can, of course, collect in person from our Whitby shop.

RETURNS

Should you change your mind within 28 days simply return unworn item in original packaging, with original tags attached. Cost of return is paid by you, the customer. We suggest using Royal Mail 2nd class to keep costs down. Please ensure you get proof of postage as Loafers is not responsible for any losses whilst being returned. If your shoes don't fit Loafers will swap sizes for you and post the new size out to you free of charge (further size changes postage would be Chargeable). 

You can return items to our Whitby store. Please bring delivery note as proof of purchase  (refunds would be online via original payment method).

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us first.

Loafers will replace/refund/repair all items with a manufacturing fault and refund return Royal Mail 2nd class postage cost. Should you choose to return item by any other service Loafers will not be held responsible for extra costs incurred.
